He received his M.Sc. Degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude) in Electronic Engineering in 2012 and a Ph.D. degree in 2016 from the Politecnico di Torino. He has been Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Technical University of Munich in 2016. He is currently Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Torino. His primary research interests are device modeling, circuit design for nano-computing, with a particular interest on magnetic QCA. His interests cover also the development of EDA tools for beyond-CMOS technologies, with the main focus on physical design.
